Botswana Premier League giants Mochudi Centre Chiefs face a possible fine and a two-year ban for withdrawing from the Caf Champions League.
Mochudi Chiefs were set to face Mozambican side Ferroviário de Maputo but pulled out due to monetary constraint, Caf confirmed through their official website.
According to Caf regulations, apart from financial penalties, any club that withdraws from competitions after the announcement of the fixtures gets banned from Caf inter club competitions for two editions.
